Welcome to our website! My name is Ian Shore, and I am an experienced airline captain based in the UK and Asia. With over 20 years in the commercial aviation industry, I have dedicated my career to mastering the art of flight.
I began my journey as a pilot flying the ATR, before progressing to the Airbus A320. My extensive experience is mostly operating long-haul flights on wide-body aircraft, specifically the Airbus A330 and A340, primarily from the vibrant regions of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi and China and Singapore.
As a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) for both the A320 and A330, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of aviators. I have flown to a variety of airports around the world, navigating diverse weather conditions and operational challenges, which has enriched my understanding of aviation.
Currently, I serve as a Line Training Captain, continuing to fly and mentor aspiring pilots. My commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellence in aviation drives everything I do.
